The Tokyo- and Hongo-based drink salon “Oriori” will hold a special limited-time pop-up this autumn at Teshima.
Through original drinks crafted with fruits, herbs, and fermented ingredients that capture the essence of the season, Oriori invites you to rediscover the act of “drinking” as a new sensory and contemplative experience.
Each cup reveals the individuality and lingering character of its ingredients—quietly awakening fragments of memory and scenery, and opening the door to new sensations.
Lineup
Natural wines that reflect the local climate and terroir will also be available.
Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options are offered, allowing guests to expand their senses through the experience of “drinking.”
